The new Arduino Ethernet shield Rev 3 allowing the Arduino board to be connected to a LAN using the Ethernet library.

This shield has a micro-SD connector and the footprint for the optional POE add-on.

 

This shield has the new Arduino 1.0 pinout.

 

Please note that this platform is not currently compatible with shields provided with conventional connectors.

It is necessary to add spacers (like these) between the shield and another shield, this modification can lead to bad contacts on the connectors.

 

The optional POE add-on is available here.

 

This card is compatible with the Arduino Mega R3 board.
